Prices:

Prices for overnight stay with up to 2 People per day and Apartment:

first night:                                         100,00 EUR per nigth

every other night:                                65,00 EUR per nigth

Weekly rates on request

For additional guests we levy a surcharge of 10,00EUR per day and person while children under 2 years stay free of charge in the parent´s bed.

At following trade fairs we levy a surcharge of 30,00EUR per day and apartment.

Max. Capacity:

3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children

Additional costs like Water, Electricity or Heater are included.

The minimum rental period is 2 overnight stays.

Payment terms:

We'd like you to pay cash upon arrival (card payment not available). 

Arrival/Departure:

Arrival is available from 5pm, time for departure is 11am.

Upon arrival please contact me per phone for the key handover as i live nearby. 

Additional Information:

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. In case you want to bring you pet/s along please add it to your inquiry.
